About the Role

• Develop strategic artefacts such as asset management plans, policies, objectives, and service levels. • Conduct asset management planning, operations, and maintenance activities. • Collect and analyse data, including site inspections and occasional travel to client locations. • Perform asset valuations and create asset management solutions for clients. • Manage financial aspects and lifecycle‑cost modelling. • Maintain existing client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities. • Research and investigate commercial solutions tailored to client needs. • Lead project delivery to ensure high technical standards, on‑time and within budget. • Prepare work plans and resource schedules for projects. • Make independent decisions and mentor junior staff members. • Participate in employee resource groups such as Women@Stantec and Pride@Stantec to foster inclusion. • Utilise mental health and wellbeing programs, including an Employee Assistance Program.

What You Bring

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline; a dual qualification in Business Management, Finance or Economics is advantageous. • Demonstrated experience in asset management and infrastructure advisory services. • Possess high‑level report writing, communication, and negotiation skills. • Exhibit strong research abilities and can convey technical information to clients effectively. • Have full Australian working rights.
