About the Role

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure smooth operation • Develop and refine preventive‑maintenance procedures • Maintain automation equipment and associated machinery to design standards • Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions • Troubleshoot and repair defective circuitry and electronic components • Install equipment to improve operational efficiency • Use machine data to analyze performance and determine adjustments • Repair electrical and pneumatic devices • Install and maintain electrical control systems and solid‑state equipment

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills • Self‑starter capable of working with minimal supervision • Ability to read and follow manuals, blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering instructions • Proficiency with basic power tools (electric drills, drill press, saws, grinders, pneumatic and hydraulic tools) • Hands‑on experience using volt meters and other test/measuring equipment • Problem‑solving skills for maintenance of automation equipment, wiring, airlines, power supplies, AC/DC motors, and control cabinets • Ability to work with PLCs and HMIs, including frequency‑drive programming • Basic PLC programming for troubleshooting equipment and processes • Experience troubleshooting up to 480 V 3‑phase equipment and control circuits • Strong logical thinking • Minimum 5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience • Experience with mills, lathes, surface grinders, and MIG/TIG welding • Understand operation of manufacturing equipment and processes • Familiarity with RO and DI water systems
