About the Role

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) • Support residents during meals and daily routines • Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs • Observe and report changes in resident condition • Maintain accurate documentation • Keep resident rooms and common areas clean and comfortable • Promote resident dignity, safety, and independence
