About the Role
In this role you will drive leasing success and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through move‑in. You will support prospects and residents while keeping the community organized, market‑ready and welcoming. • Engage prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight community amenities. • Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow‑up communication in Yardi. • Verify applications, process lease renewals, and confirm insurance documentation. • Ensure a smooth move‑in experience and verify property readiness. • Maintain pristine condition of model units, target units, and market‑ready vacancies. • Support bookkeeping, generate reports, produce newsletters, and manage paperwork. • Assist with marketing efforts, social media, and resident events.

What You Bring
We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organization, attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential to create a welcoming experience for prospects and residents and to support community success. • Minimum 1 year multifamily leasing or relevant sales experience. • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication with a professional, friendly demeanor. • Excellent time management, multitasking, and ability to work independently. • Experience conducting market surveys and competitive analysis. • Familiarity with managing social media platforms. • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance; willingness to complete background and drug screening.

The pay rate ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, plus commissions and incentives.
