About the Role
The Mechanical Engineer will create trade‑specific system designs, including CAD and Revit layouts, calculations, and coordination with architectural and engineering disciplines. Under senior guidance, you will ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of design work. As experience grows, you will tackle increasingly complex projects within a technical team. • Participate in trade organizations and deliver presentations. • Manage CAD/BIM and technical staff on assigned projects as directed. • Assist with employee performance reviews. • Estimate construction costs and assess feasibility using ROM. • Write engineering proposals under senior engineer or designer guidance.

What You Bring
Candidates must be proficient in Revit for system layout and spatial coordination, and have a solid grasp of LEED principles. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 18 months to over seven years of MEP experience, and familiarity with AutoCAD MEP, calculation software, and MS Office are required. Project management experience, EIT certification, and a PE license are preferred, with LEED accreditation considered a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. • 18 months to 7+ years of relevant MEP experience. • LEED accreditation (preferred). • Proficiency with the latest AutoCAD MEP and Revit versions. • Skilled in design/calculation software and Microsoft Excel and Word. • Understand proper system selection and applicable codes. • Demonstrated project management experience. • EIT certification required; PE license preferred.
