About the Role

• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi‑project environments. • Collaborate daily with stakeholders, clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure schedule integrity. • Gather schedule data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction teams and integrate it into planning systems. • Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, procedures and SOX controls where applicable. • Produce progress reports, integrated planning contributions, and 1‑, 3‑, 6‑month look‑ahead reports for the client. • Perform probabilistic, trend, critical path and risk analyses on integrated and contractor schedules. • Monitor and communicate potential schedule delays, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions. • Convert schedule data into Tableau visualizations and graphics. • Work independently to produce concept‑level schedules from limited information and advise project management on schedule risks.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our data‑center team for a major construction project in Rayville, Louisiana. The role requires onsite presence Monday‑Friday; local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred, with a per‑diem available for non‑relocating hires. The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing and managing construction schedules for mission‑critical facilities, expertise in scheduling best practices and project controls, and excellent communication skills for client‑facing interactions. • Extensive experience creating large‑scale construction schedules in Primavera P6 and understanding of MEP systems required. • BS in Engineering, Business or related field; PSP certification (AACE) and EIT preferred. • Regular travel to the construction site is expected; on‑site presence required with per‑diem available for non‑relocating candidates.
