About the Role

Lead Graphic Designer – Do you enjoy shaping visual identity and setting design standards across global marketing teams? Partnering with Dresser, LLC, a global leader in energy technology, you will help support safe, efficient, and reliable operations across the energy and industrial sectors. In this role you will drive visual identity and brand consistency for the Flow Control and Safety Solutions division, acting as the “true north” for design standards. You will create high‑impact designs for campaigns and product marketing while developing templates and frameworks that enable offshore teams to execute efficiently. • Serve as primary guardian of visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across digital, print, and multimedia assets. • Develop high‑impact graphics for brochures, presentations, trade show materials, and integrated marketing campaigns. • Create reusable templates and design systems for recurring assets and offshore teams. • Translate product marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts that strengthen brand positioning. • Collaborate with product marketing specialists and stakeholders to align creative output with messaging. • Build scalable design systems, maintain organized asset libraries, and implement quality‑control processes. • Introduce new tools, techniques, and design trends to improve efficiency and drive innovation. • Mentor offshore design teams, promote best practices, and incorporate eco‑friendly design approaches.

What You Bring

Success requires a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, at least eight years of design experience with three years in a lead capacity, and expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and motion‑graphics tools. Strong communication, collaboration, and a portfolio demonstrating high‑level digital and print work are essential. • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field. • 8+ years of graphic design experience, including 3+ years in a mid‑level or lead role. • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and motion‑graphics tools (After Effects, Maya, Blender). • Strong portfolio showcasing high‑level creative work across digital and print platforms. • Experience developing brand guidelines and scalable design systems. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams. • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital design best practices (a plus). • Familiarity with sustainability‑focused design practices and emerging technologies.
