Job Highlights
About the Role
The role is an outside sales position that works exclusively with qualified leads—no cold calling or door‑knocking is required. You will meet homeowners in‑home, assess their roofing needs, recommend products and services, and close sales while providing exceptional customer service. Appointments are pre‑scheduled, and you will travel to each location as a “road warrior.” • Conduct 8–12 pre‑scheduled in‑home appointments weekly. • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. • Attend product trainings and stay current on company offerings. • Travel to appointments; no cold calling or door‑knocking required. • Complete a paid two‑week onboarding training with the sales team. • Participate in regular sales meetings (Monday‑Thursday 11 am). • Earn a weekly draw against commission with progressive uncapped commission. • Work Monday‑Friday (appointments at 1 pm & 6 pm) and Saturday (10 am & 2 pm).

What You Bring
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Possess at least 3 years of outside sales experience and a proven record of meeting sales objectives. • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Be open to coaching, self‑disciplined, and highly motivated for financial success. • Proficient with laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.

Benefits
Compensation includes a draw against commission with uncapped earnings—expected monthly income of $15K‑$20K and on‑target annual earnings of $150K‑$250K, plus bonuses and other incentives. The position requires at least three years of outside sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proficiency with laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. A paid two‑week training program and regular sales meetings support ongoing development. • Receive monthly earnings of $15,000‑$20,000 and on‑target annual earnings of $150,000‑$250,000 plus bonuses.
