Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Our property managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily unit inspections verify inventory and availability, while cash drawer audits and bank deposits are performed each day. What You Bring

Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities for up to 50 % of the time, and work in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Cleaning and routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris are also part of the role. Qualified candidates typically come from customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.
