About the Role
We are looking for a hands‑on Facilities Team Leader to lead a team that keeps our Glasgow site running safely and smoothly, overseeing maintenance, safety and day‑to‑day site operations. • Lead and support the Facilities team to ensure a safe, efficient workplace • Coordinate site repairs, maintenance and contractor activities • Maintain essential equipment, plant and safety systems • Collaborate with the Facility Manager and lab teams to resolve issues quickly • Support compliance, documentation and quality processes • Perform safety checks, basic repairs and drive continuous improvement • Participate in health and wellbeing initiatives and a discounted gym membership
