About the Role

The Senior Document Controller is tasked with establishing and supporting quality document‑management systems, collecting and analyzing data to back the company’s Quality Management System. This role creates, formats, edits, organizes, and monitors all controlled documentation across business units, ensuring alignment with company standards and ISO guidelines. Work involves 12‑hour shifts in varied outdoor conditions, requiring physical stamina to lift up to 50 lb, climb, and navigate confined or uneven areas while wearing required personal protective equipment. The role must comply with all safety and fall‑protection standards. • Establish and maintain a quality management system compliant with regulatory, quality, company, and customer requirements. • Create, manage, and execute document control projects and change control processes. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement change requests and ensure only approved documentation is released. • Support internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality and regulatory standards. • Review and revise organizational policies to align with records information management goals. • Perform data entry, formatting, and maintain document storage and retention programs per guidelines. • Identify documentation gaps and develop action plans for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Possess an associate degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of quality system management/document control experience. • Demonstrate knowledge of MIC health and safety programs, actively participate in toolbox meetings, and model safe behavior. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experienced with Visio, Illustrator, and Adobe PDF. • Exhibit strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills; manage multiple tasks concurrently. • Physical ability to work 12‑hour shifts, lift up to 50 lb, navigate heights and confined spaces, and wear required PPE.

The position is fully remote within the United States but requires extensive travel, with up to 90 % time spent on project sites for 8‑18 months per assignment. Travelers receive a designated per‑diem, mobilization support, mileage reimbursement, and a regular extended weekend every four weeks.
