What You Bring
• Prefer a Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of engineering from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Knowledge and understanding of general concepts, practices, and theories used in construction, construction inspection, and/or construction surveying • Experience in directing, assisting or training of sub-ordinate employees • Knowledge of the principles and practices of Civil Engineering • Experience administering contracts • Experience in reading and interpreting highway construction plans and contracts
