About the Role
As a Heavy Equipment Operator II you will work at one of our recycling facilities serving over 20 million customers, operating bulldozers, scrapers and front‑end loaders while adhering to strict safety procedures and contributing directly to our operational success. • Operates heavy equipment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures • Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; maintains accurate records • Moves and positions raw materials and finished components using material moving equipment • Follows standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles • Take accountability for adhering to safety guidelines

What You Bring
The role requires motor coordination, occasional handling of objects up to 30 lb, and exposure to typical outdoor conditions such as dirt, noise and weather extremes; reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals. • 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment • Be over 18 years of age • Legally eligible to work in the United States • Ability to perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations • Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical • Good communicators ready to support colleagues • Able to problem‑solve independently • Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity most of the workday • Required to exert physical effort handling objects less than 30 pounds occasionally • Rare exposure to physical occupational risks such as cuts, burns, or toxic chemicals • Frequent exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements
