About the Role

• Inspect, service, repair, and construct plant processing equipment, including structures, utilities, loaders, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, and pressure vessel work. • Utilize welding and fabrication tools to alter, repair, and fabricate processing equipment. • Manage inventory of serviceable parts required to maintain equipment. • Perform the Preventative Maintenance Program established by the Company. • Document and report maintenance work performed and advise of future requirements promptly. • Participate and contribute to the company safety program.

What You Bring

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance 1 for night‑shift operations in Clanton, Alabama. The role is responsible for maintaining property, plant, and equipment in a productive, efficient, and safe manner. Qualified candidates should hold a one‑year certificate from a college or technical school (preferred) and have at least two years of manufacturing maintenance experience. Required knowledge includes hydraulics, electrical systems, pumps, valves, welding, and basic mechanical concepts for the wood industry.
