About the Role

You will achieve sales targets aligned with division and market goals, develop and nurture distributor relationships, and design full‑year growth plans that deliver double‑digit increases. You will lead quarterly business reviews, coordinate marketing initiatives, and master channel‑specific pricing and rebate programs. • Meet and exceed division and local market sales targets for assigned tool brands. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributor partners, supporting marketing, training, and rebate initiatives. • Create and execute full‑year business plans that achieve double‑digit growth with top distributors. • Conduct annual kickoff meetings and quarterly business reviews to track progress and plan activities. • Coordinate mutual objectives, marketing plans and user targets with MSA and distributors. • Develop expertise in channel‑specific pricing structures and promotional programs. • Access digital learning resources, Lean Academy and online university for career development.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field and brings 3‑5 years of sales or marketing experience in construction supplies. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related discipline (preferred). • Possess 3‑5 years of proven sales or marketing experience in construction supplies. • Demonstrate strong negotiation, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication, and multitasking abilities. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% locally and 10% overnight. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
