About the Role
The Electrical Services Manager II leads the delivery of large, recurring and non‑recurring work, including service contracts, projects, and complex work orders. This role oversees medium to high‑complexity electrical and fire‑alarm services, manages a team of Assistant Project Managers and Electrical Service Managers, and negotiates contract terms to sustain profitable service accounts. Key duties include acting as the initial client contact, assessing facility needs, preparing detailed estimates and budgets, and managing multi‑year service contracts for preventive maintenance, repairs, and sub‑contracts. The manager collaborates with Project Assistants or Service Coordinators on financial aspects, develops relationships to expand business across locations, prepares monthly cost reports, schedules client visits, and ensures adherence to corporate policies, safety protocols, and performance standards. • Serve as primary client contact, assess facility needs, and develop estimates for service contracts or projects. • Manage multiple multi‑year electrical and fire‑alarm service contracts, overseeing preventive maintenance, repairs, and subcontractor work. • Lead a team of Assistant Project Managers and Electrical Service Managers, negotiating terms, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring profitability. • Build and expand relationships with service accounts across locations to grow business. • Prepare monthly cost reports, schedule client visits, and enforce corporate policies and safety protocols. • Utilize advanced Excel, Accubid, Oracle, and CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, Tririga) for reporting and project control. • Travel up to 50% and maintain on‑site and office presence to support customer relationships.

What You Bring
Success in this role requires advanced technical and customer‑service skills, extensive safety knowledge, and the ability to apply innovative management techniques. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), have advanced Accubid and Oracle experience, and be familiar with CMMS platforms such as Maximo, Tririga, or Archibus. Effective communication, self‑motivation, teamwork, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure are essential, along with a minimum of eight years' experience in project, service, or facility management. • Demonstrate 8+ years of project/service/facility management experience and strong oral/written communication skills. • Meet deadlines, manage budgets, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities under pressure.
