About the Role
Property managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. What You Bring
Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities for up to 50 % of the time, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining curb appeal. Qualifications: candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursement provided. • Prior experience in customer‑service sales (retail, restaurant, fast‑food) required.
