About the Role
Under the guidance of a Lead Technician, Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician A repairs and maintains diesel and non‑diesel equipment and trucks, including chassis components, refuse bodies, air brake systems, engines, HVAC, and suspension, drivetrain, and steering systems. The role offers training on new technologies, a stable regular shift, competitive wages, and the chance to support drivers and serve the community. Key duties include advanced repairs on chassis components, refuse body control, hydraulic and electrical systems, air and hydraulic brakes, engines, suspension, drivetrain, steering, heating and air conditioning, as well as line‑maintenance welding and fabrication. The technician uses electronic diagnostic tools to pinpoint malfunctions, completes company‑required training, and performs other related tasks as needed.

What You Bring
Applicants need at least three years of heavy‑duty truck experience and the ability to inspect and repair systems such as suspension, steering, engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, hydraulics, drivetrain, and diesel emissions without supervision. ASE Heavy‑Truck certifications, LNG/CNG experience, and a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License are advantageous but not mandatory. A valid driver’s license is required.
