About the Role
The Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) will design, guide and govern system and data integrations across enterprise platforms. This role delivers deep technical and functional expertise in integration patterns, middleware, APIs and data exchange to ensure scalable, secure and reliable connectivity. • Implement integrations following the Enterprise Integration strategy. • Design end‑to‑end process integrations using standard patterns and policies. • Build scalable data integration pipelines across multiple platforms. • Provide hands‑on guidance and review integration designs for development teams and data engineers. • Troubleshoot complex integration issues and ensure data consistency and transformation accuracy. • Ensure integrations meet security, privacy and regulatory compliance requirements. • Support architecture reviews and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.

What You Bring
Candidates must bring at least seven years of enterprise integration experience in a regulated environment, with proven ability to build reusable, scalable solutions. Proficiency with integration platforms such as SAP PI, SAP BTP‑CI, Boomi, Informatica, Azure Data Factory or similar, and strong knowledge of APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and ETL/ELT is required. • Possess 7+ years of enterprise integration or middleware experience in a highly regulated organization. • Demonstrate expertise with platforms such as SAP PI, SAP BTP‑CI, Datasphere, Boomi, Informatica, Azure Data Factory or eQube. • Strong knowledge of APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and ETL/ELT processes. • Experience with messaging, event‑driven and microservices architectures (preferred). • Exhibit a proactive “can‑do” attitude, strong communication and leadership skills. • Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
