Job Highlights
About the Role
The Plant & Equipment Administrator works a 14/7 FIFO roster and supports plant and equipment management for the project. The role involves coordinating with construction and engineering teams, processing hire invoices, tracking forecasts, and liaising with service suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, maintenance and swaps. Reporting on plant and equipment status is also required. • Documentation for service suppliers • Coordination of plant deliveries and returns

What You Bring
Candidates should have 2–5 years of administration experience, preferably in a similar role, and be capable of contracts administration. Strong communication skills, high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accurate data entry are essential.
