About the Role

During the open day you’ll meet the contact team, learn how they support customers through real‑time incidents and take part in a live Q&A covering shift patterns, training and career progression. Same‑day assessments are also available for candidates ready to take the next step. Key duties include handling inbound and outbound calls, reassuring customers, accurately logging incidents across several systems and providing updates while coordinating with engineers. We are looking for people who are customer‑focused strong call handlers, confident communicators and have excellent PC skills to navigate multiple systems.
