About the Role
• Take overall responsibility for generating accurate fixed and flexible contract prices. • Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies. • Price complex tenders, often valued at millions of pounds, to precise specifications and drive significant margin for the business. • Play an active role in continuously improving systems and processes for flex pricing. • Identify, recommend, and maintain improvements to tools, processes, and inputs within the pricing tool suite. • Participate in a SAYE (Sharesave) scheme offered from time to time.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate excellent numerical skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to see the bigger picture. • Work confidently both independently and as part of a team‑oriented environment. • Possess solid PC skills with intermediate to advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex spreadsheet management and data analysis. • Have pricing experience within a utility environment; familiarity with process‑management software is a plus. • Hold a strong understanding of Drax/Energy products and proven B2B experience collaborating with sales professionals while managing deadlines. • Experience with coding languages such as VBA and SQL is advantageous.
