What You Bring
T&M Associates is seeking a Group Manager to lead its Community and Land Development Market, an excellent opportunity for a seasoned civil engineering professional. The role can be based in any of T&M’s Pennsylvania offices, including King of Prussia, Philadelphia, or Bethlehem, and offers a hybrid work environment with a mix of remote and in‑office collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of progressive experience in site development and civil design, along with a proven track record of successfully managing projects, clients, and teams. This position emphasizes strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills. New hires must have documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States.
