About the Role
As a Heavy Equipment Operator I, you will operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders at recycling facilities, playing a critical role in WM’s waste‑disposal operations. What You Bring
Candidates must have at least one year of heavy‑equipment operating experience, be at least 18 years old, and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
