About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to maintain creative control over special projects within the marketing department, including firm qualification submittals, brochure design, interview presentation layouts, and various other assignments. The role involves active participation in marketing production processes for RFQ/RFP responses across multiple service divisions. Key duties include organizing, coordinating, and controlling activities related to marketing proposals, presentations, and submittals, as well as maintaining all marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photography, files, and the marketing database. The coordinator supports corporate staff with graphics and technical assistance, directs architects, engineers, consultants, and other resources, and manages work with outside vendors for data transfer, reprographics, and binding. Additional responsibilities encompass research requests, serving as a technical resource for projects and presentations, and assisting the marketing department with special projects as needed. • Organize and coordinate marketing proposals, presentations, and submittals. • Maintain marketing assets such as brochures, slides, photography, and databases. • Provide graphics and technical support to corporate staff and external vendors. • Lead collaboration with architects, engineers, consultants, and outside vendors. • Conduct research and serve as technical resource for projects and presentations. • Create and design materials using Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and PowerPoint. • Communicate effectively with senior management, clients, and vendors.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has prior marketing production experience in an architecture/engineering (A/E/C) firm, advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, and proficiency in Adobe InDesign. They must be comfortable interacting with senior management, external client organizations, and vendors, possess a strong working knowledge of PowerPoint master slides and templates, and demonstrate excellent oral, written, and English communication abilities. Strong time‑management, organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy are also required. Candidates who stand out will have advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills and a background in graphic design, content writing, or proposal production. These additional competencies enhance the ability to create compelling marketing materials and support the firm’s business development efforts. • Demonstrate strong time‑management, organizational, and written communication skills. • Possess prior marketing production experience in an A/E/C firm.

The position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $85,000 (adjusted for location and experience) with eligibility for an annual performance bonus tied to company profitability and individual performance.
