About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative, also known as the Equipment Rental Specialist, serves as the front‑line contact for telephone and walk‑in customers. In this role you will assess equipment needs, negotiate terms, and place rental orders for a wide range of construction and industrial tools. What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with construction/industrial equipment. Preferred qualifications include prior equipment‑rental experience, excellent customer service and telephone skills, solid computer and administrative abilities, and completion of the DOT qualification process. Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other) and the physical capacity to lift 50 lb and perform bending, squatting, and indoor/outdoor work are also valued. • High School diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license required • Familiarity with construction and industrial tools and equipment • Prior equipment rental industry experience preferred • Strong customer service and telephone communication skills • Proficient computer and administrative abilities • Successful completion of DOT qualification process preferred • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be advantageous in certain locations • Physical ability to lift 50 lb, bend, squat, crouch, and work indoors/outdoors as needed
