About the Role
The on‑site Project Manager acts as the leader for assigned projects, planning and executing them to ensure client satisfaction while meeting time and budget constraints. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, coordinating communication with customers, and supervising subcontractors throughout each project phase. Key duties involve meeting clients to capture requirements, producing pre‑construction documentation, schedules, specifications and tender drawings, and managing a portfolio of Mechanical and Electrical contractors. The role also oversees cost procurement, budgeting, compliance with health, safety and fire regulations, and ensures all certifications and records are maintained. Proactive communication with clients, internal teams and specialist consultants is essential to keep projects on track. • Lead on‑site projects, planning, executing and delivering them on time and within budget. • Coordinate client communication and manage subcontractor work throughout all phases. • Prepare and review pre‑construction documents, schedules, specifications, drawings and tender submissions. • Oversee a portfolio of mechanical and electrical contractors, ensuring collaboration and timeline adherence. • Manage project cost procurement, budgeting and financial reporting. • Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire regulations and maintain required certifications and records.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and possess at least eight years of experience in construction, design and cost management as an Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager in commercial, institutional or industrial settings. Knowledge of HVAC systems, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite and estimation tools such as Accubid and MEP are required. Experience managing large‑scale projects valued at N10 million or more is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power, Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Minimum 8 years experience as Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager in commercial, institutional or industrial projects. • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office Suite and estimation software (Accubid, MEP). • Knowledge of HVAC systems and experience managing projects valued at N10 million+.
