About the Role
The Community Maintenance Associate ensures that the physical aspects of the community are maintained, meeting standards for grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal while supporting service team members. This role is for a garden‑stage, lease‑up property with 384 units and follows a Monday‑Friday schedule. • Inspect community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping common areas tidy. • Remove trash from vacant apartments before make‑ready, transport to dumpster or storage, and maintain storage areas. • Complete minor and routine service requests and assist the make‑ready specialist. • Change all locks per policy and ensure pool gates meet safety codes. • Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed. • Report observed hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors. • Provide respectful customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints. • Attend safety meetings, complete required OSHA training, and promptly report accidents. • Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lb independently or 50 lb with assistance, in all weather conditions.

What You Bring
Incumbents must possess a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart and be capable of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lb independently or 50 lb with assistance. Work can be performed indoors or outdoors in any weather, and a flexible schedule—including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call duties—is required. • Hold a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.

Benefits
The position pays an hourly range of $16.00‑$18.00 and may be eligible for bonus programs, weekly or quarterly, depending on corporate or onsite status.
