About the Role
The Aspire Program Manager leads the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the Finance Aspires, from recruitment and onboarding through rotations and final placement. Managing approximately 35 global Aspires, the manager acts as their first‑line coach, providing performance guidance and tailored career development. Success in the role depends on strong partnerships with HR, Finance leaders, business champions, and assignment owners to ensure a consistent, high‑quality experience. The manager is charged with evolving program content, maintaining accountability standards, and driving continuous improvement of the learning journey, including classroom, virtual, and leadership engagement components. Collaboration across functional teams ensures high‑quality rotations, clear expectations, and effective governance. Reporting on key performance indicators and maintaining the program calendar are essential to track progress and showcase outcomes. • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the Finance Aspire Program with universities and business leaders. • Design and deliver an engaging onboarding experience that accelerates new Aspire success. • Serve as direct manager for ~35 global Finance Aspires, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career guidance. • Manage rotational placements to ensure meaningful developmental assignments aligned with program goals. • Evolve program content and expectations to strengthen leadership readiness and accountability. • Refine the learning journey, including classroom sessions, virtual experiences, and leadership engagements. • Partner with Finance leadership and assignment owners to ensure high‑quality rotations and effective governance. • Maintain clear performance standards, development milestones, and ownership of the Aspire journey. • Align with global talent, HR, and program leaders to ensure consistency and continuous improvement. • Communicate insights, progress updates, and recommendations to senior Finance leaders and the Executive Sponsor. • Build and sustain a global Aspire alumni community to increase engagement and visibility. • Track and report KPIs on rotation quality, Aspire progress, development feedback, and post‑program outcomes. • Plan and execute the program calendar, including key events, training sessions, and leadership engagements.
