About the Role
• Lead BIM delivery across the project lifecycle, ensuring resources, governance, and ISO19650 compliance. • Develop BIM Execution Plans, digital handover strategies, and define information requirements. • Provide assurance, produce and review information models, and embed security protocols and best practices. • Partner with clients and stakeholders to build strong relationships and deliver trusted expertise. • Mentor and upskill teams through training, knowledge sharing, and recruit BIM talent. • Influence senior stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and align with the Mace Way. • Champion sustainability by managing emissions and supporting net‑zero carbon transition. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement and inspire people to excel.
