About the Role

In this position, the engineer will apply design, analysis, and documentation expertise to create functional, sustainable land‑development solutions while supporting field activities and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. • Design site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems using Civil 3D and other modeling tools. • Perform engineering calculations and solve real‑world design challenges. • Prepare technical specifications and construction documents. • Conduct research and write objective reports to support project completion. • Assist with cost estimates and construction planning. • Support field inspections and data collection. • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and senior engineers to deliver high‑quality results.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, brings at least two years of land‑development experience, and demonstrates proficiency with Civil 3D or similar CAD tools, along with strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. • Have at least 2 years of land development engineering experience on residential, commercial, or mixed‑use projects. • Possess EIT certification (preferred) and proficiency in Civil 3D or other CAD software. • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
