About the Role
• Greet all customers and answer phones promptly and politely • Use the formatted phone script when answering calls • Process customer and shop orders, backorders, credits, and quotes • Look up parts using computer programs for CAT and other serviced brands • Handle cash and credit payments and returns according to procedures • Resolve customer issues or concerns as needed • Assist in preparing and maintaining merchandise displays • Perform warehouse duties and other related tasks as assigned

Candidates must be customer‑oriented and able to multitask efficiently. • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Strong verbal communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills • Detail‑oriented with high accuracy and basic math ability • Able to lift 50 lb and operate material‑handling equipment • Valid driver’s license with good driving record • Ability to work in a fast‑paced distribution center with minimal supervision • Sense of urgency to exceed customer expectations • Prior industry experience, especially automotive • Basic mechanical ability
