About the Role
The manager will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success, develop best‑practice processes, and ensure compliance with Carrier policies. Responsibilities include schedule management, KPI reporting, staffing, procurement support, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Lead and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery. • Supervise and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, Controls Field Engineers, and Coordinators. • Oversee projects across Midwest states including MN, IL, IA, WI, MI, IN, KY, OH, PA, TN, AR, KS, and MO. • Ensure milestones, budgets, and performance targets are met. • Utilize Carrier Project Management tools for tracking progress. • Develop and implement project management standards, procedures, and tools. • Maintain and report KPIs such as revenue backlog, underbilling, and revenue reconciliation. • Facilitate communication between project teams, functional groups, and external clients. • Assess staffing needs and recruit new team members as necessary. • Monitor job‑specific data and support procurement/manufacturing requirements. • Ensure compliance with all Carrier policies and codes of conduct.

Candidates must hold a High School diploma or GED, possess at least five years of HVAC experience and five years of project management experience, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
