Handle client invoicing, collections, budgeting, and contract administration for projects.

About the Role
• Manage client invoicing, collections, and project budgeting. • Document, administer, and maintain contracts, including fee and budget entry. • Provide contract performance data and resolve financial issues with project teams. • Coordinate project accounting system compliance with contractual requirements. • Support multiple project managers and staff daily. • Assist with coding and processing vendor invoices, timesheets, and expense reports.

What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field (preferred). • Experience with Oracle EBS, Pronto, and Business Intelligence (preferred). • Associate degree or equivalent experience required. • Familiarity with Earned Value Management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment. • Self‑motivated, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle confidential information. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook).
