About the Role
• Perform testing on production programs using hydraulic and pneumatic test stations. • Operate measurement devices such as pressure gauges, calipers, and gage blocks. • Use specialty equipment including thermal chamber, vacuum pumps, arbor press, optical comparator, and Druck pressure regulator. • Execute clean shift‑to‑shift hand‑offs. • Report testing issues safely and promptly. • Learn and meet production standards while navigating FlexNet. • Adhere to safety and efficiency expectations.

What You Bring
Under general guidance and training, the Test Lab Apprentice will learn to operate hydraulic and pneumatic test stations, measurement tools, and specialty equipment such as thermal chambers, vacuum pumps, arbor presses, optical comparators, and Druck pressure regulators. The apprentice will perform testing as instructed, ensure clean shift hand‑offs, report issues promptly, and become proficient with FlexNet and Epicor while meeting safety and efficiency standards. • Effectively use the Epicor ERP system.
