About the Role

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into rentals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets; maintain 90%+ occupancy. • Achieve ≥80% enrollment in Protection Plans and Auto‑Pay through effective sales pitches and follow‑up. • Resolve 95%+ of customer inquiries on first contact and maintain a 4.5+ star Google Review rating with at least 70% of renters leaving reviews. • Follow up all unclosed inquiries, converting ≥78% into rentals. • Maintain 100% accurate CRM records and generate weekly pipeline and performance reports. • Use StoreEase technology to monitor facilities, access logs, and security systems, ensuring 100% compliance with safety and operational standards. • Apply problem‑solving skills to handle objections and adapt solutions. • Quickly adopt new technology and ensure data accuracy in CRM and property‑management tools. • Effectively manage high call volumes, priorities, and deadlines. • Practice active listening to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

What You Bring
