About the Role

• Install, overhaul, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC/refrigeration equipment, including motors, thermostats, and humidistats • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to service requests, and conduct facility walkthroughs and equipment monitoring • Support implementation of preventive maintenance programs and maintain accurate inventory of tools/equipment • Communicate observations, recommend enhancements, and assist with facility‑related projects • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, fire protection, and security requirements

What You Bring

The Technician IV – HVAC/Refrigeration (Roving) is a Journeyperson‑certified professional who operates, maintains, and repairs facility mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with company policies, environmental, health, safety, security, and fire‑protection requirements. • Hold a college diploma/certification and at least 5 years of licensed HVAC/Refrigeration experience • Possess a valid HVAC Refrigeration Journeyperson ticket, gas ticket, driver’s licence, and meet security clearance requirements • Demonstrate strong safety mindset, client‑service orientation, effective communication, and mentoring skills • Ability to work shifts, be on‑call/standby, handle emergency call‑outs, and wear proper PPE
