About the Role
The role involves servicing about 40 homes, delivering high‑quality repairs across multiple trades, using the company app to manage jobs, and building trusted relationships with homeowners. • Provide full‑time residential handyman work (40 hrs/week) with no client hunting. • Perform carpentry tasks such as doors, trim, framing, and repairs. • Paint and patch drywall. • Handle basic plumbing including toilets, faucets, and minor pipe repairs. • Complete electrical work like fixtures, outlets, and small wiring. • Install smart home devices. • Manage approximately 40 residential homes within a defined territory. • Deliver outstanding customer service and build trusted relationships. • Track jobs, tasks, and schedules using the company app.

What You Bring
• Minimum 5 years multi‑trade handyman or maintenance experience. • Skilled across carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical trades; prior experience preferred. • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities; independent issue assessment. • Attention to detail for clean caulk lines, professional patching, and painting. • Customer‑friendly attitude with good listening and communication skills. • Own a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and necessary tools.
