What You Bring

EEDP members develop advanced technical problem‑solving abilities through the Advanced Course of Engineering (ACE), which combines one year of classroom training with a year of project‑based work. The curriculum emphasizes engineering analysis, formal reporting, and presentation skills to senior leadership. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field, with strong academic performance (minimum 7 CGPA or equivalent). Up to two years of professional experience—preferably through co‑ops or internships—is required, alongside solid mathematical, analytical, and communication skills, teamwork, resilience, and unwavering integrity. • Attend the Advanced Course of Engineering (ACE) with 1 year of classroom and 1 year of project‑based training. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field. • Achieve at least 7 CGPA (or equivalent) and demonstrate strong academic and extracurricular performance. • Possess up to 2 years of professional experience; co‑op or internship experience valued. • Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills in English for various audiences. • Demonstrate teamwork, trust‑building, and resilience in fast‑changing environments. • Use engineering software such as ANSYS, CAD/CAE, CFD, Matlab/Simulink. • Manage time effectively to balance projects, academic and personal commitments. • Show involvement in extracurricular activities, community service, or volunteerism.
