About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor leads all maintenance activities for a community, handling service requests, preventative maintenance, staff and vendor coordination, safety compliance and resident satisfaction while working closely with the Community Manager. • Oversee all maintenance operations, service requests, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance. • Coordinate and schedule resident and management work orders, ensuring timely repairs in common areas and units. • Inspect properties daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions. • Manage maintenance inventory, ordering supplies within budget and maintaining a stocked shop. • Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property lifespan. • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching. • Ensure OSHA and EPA standards are met, promote safe work practices, and maintain hazard communication programs. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround times, and uphold community policies. • Respond to on‑call emergencies, including weekends and nights, and support office and common‑area upkeep.

What You Bring

• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification (HVAC preferred), and basic computer skills. • Possess knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements; reliable transportation required. • Ability to lift/move objects 100+ lb, work in confined spaces, and operate power tools and vehicles.
