About the Role
In this position you will drive sales of our premier product lines within one of our largest retailer partners, enhancing your selling, account management, and communication skills while launching your career in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment. Duties and responsibilities include delivering best‑in‑class sales and service, supporting corporate brand marketing initiatives, maintaining relationships with store associates and management, monitoring sales data, providing in‑store product training and demonstrations, planning demo events and trade shows, merchandising, inventory management, and participating in the TTI training program. • Deliver top‑tier sales and service while showcasing TTI product knowledge. • Support and execute corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotions. • Build and maintain relationships with store associates and management. • Track weekly sales, analyze monthly results, and identify growth opportunities. • Conduct in‑store product training, demos, and events for staff and customers. • Plan and run demo events, store walks, trade shows, and merchandising installations. • Manage inventory, down‑stock products, and ensure product availability. • Participate in TTI’s training program and apply learned skills to achieve results.

What You Bring
Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail or field sales, age 21+, valid US driver’s license with at least one year driving experience, ability to pass drug and MVR screening, personal vehicle insurance, willingness to travel, ability to work nights and weekends, physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform ladder work, proficiency in MS Office, self‑motivated team player with strong organizational skills, and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail/field sales experience. • Possess a valid US driver’s license, personal vehicle insurance, and pass background checks. • Ability to travel to stores, meetings, and events; work nights and weekends. • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lb, climbing ladders, and handling tools. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Benefits
Compensation and benefits: Non‑exempt position paying $24.04‑$25.96 per hour ($50‑$54 k annual target), overtime eligible, sales contests and incentives, $400/month vehicle allowance, company smartphone, medical/vision/dental, disability, life and AD&D insurance, 401(k) match up to 8% of salary, up to 10 paid holidays, and up to 104 hours PTO in the first year. • Earn $24.04‑$25.96 per hour ($50‑$54 k annual), overtime eligible, with sales incentives. • Receive a $400/month vehicle allowance, company smartphone, and comprehensive benefits (medical, vision, dental, disability, life, AD&D). • Participate in 401(k) match up to 8% of salary, up to 10 paid holidays, and up to 104 hours PTO in the first year.
