About the Role
Property managers work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminder and collection calls. Additionally, they perform cleaning, maintenance, and curb‑appeal upkeep. • Assess customers' storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies. • Perform daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collection calls. • Conduct cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal. • Lift or move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
