About the Role
Job Summary: Responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods within a warehouse environment. Receive, store, and distribute products while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role involves operating various warehouse equipment and adhering to safety and quality standards. The role ensures efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse and complying with safety and quality standards. Team members work together, communicate issues promptly, and follow company policies on safety, security, and conduct. • Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage or discrepancies. • Maintain organized inventory records and track stock levels. • Transport, store, and categorize goods within the warehouse. • Accurately pick and pack products to fulfill orders. • Prepare shipments with proper labeling and documentation. • Load and unload trucks, stacking materials appropriately. • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies. • Inspect products for quality and report defects. • Keep work area clean and hazard‑free; use required PPE. • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely. • Perform routine equipment checks and report malfunctions. • Record incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory activities. • Communicate issues promptly and collaborate with team members. • Follow company safety, security, and workplace conduct policies. • Work in environments with varying weather, noise, dust, chemical fumes, and forklift traffic.

What You Bring
Candidates should have prior warehouse or logistics experience, relevant equipment certifications, basic computer proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position requires physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 lb and working in varied environmental conditions; AAON is a leader in innovative, sustainable HVAC solutions. • Possess forklift, man‑lift, and tractor certifications if required. • Demonstrate basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry. • Exhibit strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and good communication. • Ability to lift/move objects up to 50 lb and stand, walk, bend for extended periods.
