About the Role
The Accounts Payable Analyst role supports the LaSalle Digital Experience (LDX) platform, leading invoice entry and processing, maintaining the general mailbox, generating system‑driven reports, and documenting functional processes while ensuring accuracy and adherence to service‑level agreements. The analyst is expected to meet productivity targets, deliver best‑in‑class client service, achieve high client‑survey scores, contribute to best‑practice development, and mentor teammates as needed. • Process invoices accurately within defined service‑level timelines. • Maintain the general mailbox and perform daily quality audits of invoice entries. • Generate and distribute system‑driven reports to business lines on a regular basis. • Document functional processes, capture exceptions, and resolve data gaps or queries promptly. • Track user acceptance testing and support issue investigations. • Meet productivity and efficiency targets while delivering best‑in‑class client service. • Achieve a client survey rating of 4 / 5 or higher and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Mentor and train team members on AP best practices. • Work on‑site in Hyderabad, India, with a 40‑hour weekly schedule.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a commerce or finance degree with 1‑3 years of AP experience in a corporate or consulting environment, strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with the end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay cycle. • Hold a Commerce or Finance degree with 1‑3 years of AP experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of the end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP) cycle and attention to detail.
