About the Role
• Conduct fieldwork for ground remediation and contaminated land projects, including investigations, remediation, validation sampling, and monitoring across the NT and beyond • Manage and monitor environmental project performance of all sizes • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused outcomes • Engage with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to support project delivery and business development

What You Bring
The role provides hands‑on experience in environmental impact assessment, contaminated land investigations, hydrology, biodiversity surveys and environmental management planning. Working from a small office with the resources of a Fortune 500 firm, the position offers the opportunity to grow skills and make a tangible impact in Australia’s Top End. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related discipline, possess a valid Australian driver’s licence and Australian citizenship, and demonstrate experience or strong interest in ground remediation. They must be able to work independently, manage competing priorities, communicate technical concepts clearly, and thrive in a collaborative, team‑focused environment. A proactive attitude and a commitment to quality work are essential, and experience managing full‑cycle environmental projects is desirable. • Require a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or related field, a valid Australian driver’s licence and Australian citizenship • Expect experience or strong interest in ground remediation, contaminated land assessment, soil and groundwater remediation, or related field work • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and thrive in a supportive team environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts clearly • Collaborative mindset with the capability to work autonomously when needed • Proactive attitude, curiosity to learn and commitment to delivering quality work • (Desirable) Experience managing end‑to‑end environmental projects, including scope, timelines, budgets and client coordination
