Assistant Project Manager- Corporate Interior Construction
Assist PM in commercial interior construction, handling docs, RFI/submittals, reporting, and liaison.

About the Role
• Assist the Project Manager to ensure project quality, efficiency, and timely completion. • Manage construction tasks, including submittals and RFI processes. • Prepare proposals for new projects or variations to existing ones. • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems. • Share and retain key project information and data. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members. • Interface with executive management, consultants, vendors, and project team members. • Facilitate the flow of project information among stakeholders. • Attend meetings and maintain issue/action logs. • Transcribe meeting minutes, track action items, and drive them to closure. • Develop detailed project plans, attend status meetings, and follow up on open items. • Contribute to monthly reporting on the client’s program. • Prepare formal project management reports, executive dashboards, and other required reports. • Manage daily tasks such as submittal approvals, RFI processing, change orders, meeting coordination, punch‑list management, observation reports, commissioning participation, and close‑out documentation transition. • Assist with procurement of suppliers and resources. • Support the Project Manager in applying performance management techniques. • Monitor and report project costs, maintain cost tracking, and manage Earned Value Management systems. • Liaise with the client’s finance team to obtain, review, and report financial data. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
• In‑office work required three days per week; on‑site schedule may vary based on client needs. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related field. • Possess at least three years of commercial real‑estate construction experience. • Demonstrate a proactive, organized, thorough work ethic. • Work effectively and collaboratively as a team member. • Experience with project management software systems. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google tools. • Strong communication skills.

Benefits
