About the Role
The role supports design staff by providing drafting expertise, using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to deliver project drawings such as erosion, grading, and utility plans. It involves reviewing survey data, updating plans per agency or client revisions, and coordinating workflow status with project managers to achieve chargeability goals. • Serve as drafting resource for design staff, advising on practices and procedures. • Create project drawings (soil erosion, site layout, grading, storm sewer, water, sanitary sewer, construction layout, staking) using AutoCAD Civil 3D. • Review and interpret survey data, legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easements, and condo documents. • Update and modify plans based on agency, municipal, or client revisions. • Communicate workflow status with Project Managers and Team Leaders to meet chargeability targets.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold at least a high school diploma and have four or more years of design experience in residential, commercial, or industrial land development.
