• Sell exterior building products (roofing, siding, windows, waterproofing) across the assigned territory. • Drive profitable growth and achieve sales and margin targets. • Prospect and identify new opportunities and customers. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors. • Partner with branch operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience. • Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship tools. • Continuously develop sales skills and expand product knowledge.

What You Bring
• Travel extensively within the assigned market. • Proven track record in a sales or related leadership role. • Familiarity with construction, building materials, or wholesale distribution (preferred). • Spanish bilingual proficiency (preferred). • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to devise creative solutions in a dynamic, changing environment. • Strong relationship‑building, analytical, communication, organization, and attention‑to‑detail skills. • High comfort level with technology. • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
