Virtual Assistant

About the Role

The role is a full‑time, remote Virtual Assistant focused on sales and operations for the Latin America region. The assistant will support customer communication, scheduling, lead conversion, and administrative tasks while working overlapping U.S. Eastern business hours. • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via calls, texts, emails, and web leads. • Follow up on estimates and warm leads, using scripts to educate and close customers. • Answer customer questions promptly and handle service inquiries and scheduling changes. • Schedule lawn applications and service appointments while maintaining accurate CRM records. • Perform data entry, spreadsheet management, invoice follow‑ups, and document organization. • Optional: manage reputation follow‑ups, respond to social media messages, and support light marketing outreach.
