About the Role
Key duties include establishing a uniform document numbering system and registries for drawings, contracts, and technical specifications; receiving, reviewing, scanning, uploading, and distributing blueprints, submittals, and progress reports; maintaining both physical and digital records such as QA/QC logs, contractor payments, permits, and insurance submissions; ensuring accurate filing, editing, and confidentiality of sensitive documentation; and managing document requests and revision checks. • Implement and maintain a standardized document numbering system and project registries. • Process, scan, upload, and distribute project drawings, submittals, and progress reports. • Manage physical and digital records, including QA/QC logs, permits, insurance, and contractor payments. • Ensure document accuracy, confidentiality, and proper revision control. • Handle document requests and verify drawing revisions, dates, and titles. • Work effectively in a culturally diverse team and uphold SYSTRA’s ethics, safety, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance.

Candidates should hold a B.Com, B.Sc, or similar graduate qualification, have at least five years of overall experience (three years on similar projects and two years in a comparable role), and possess strong written and oral English skills. They must be able to work in a culturally diverse environment, solve problems in integrated project delivery, demonstrate self‑motivation, leadership, and the ability to influence without authority, and ensure compliance with SYSTRA Group policies, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. • Hold a B.Com, B.Sc, or equivalent degree with ≥5 years of experience (≥3 years on similar projects, ≥2 years in document control). • Demonstrate excellent English communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
